If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason you have 60 days from the date of purchase to initiate a free return for a full refund. 

  • Please send an email to support@omniletics.com with your full name, order number, and item(s) you wish to return. 

  • Due to stock limitations we do not offer exchanges. A free return will be offered and we would love if you gave us another try.
     
  • Once your return is received at our warehouse a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.


We will replace any items that arrive damaged or defective.
Email support@omniletics.com with your order number and a photo of the defect.
